AF&PS s.r.o. is an independent, internationally oriented holding, investment and participation company founded by Austrian entrepreneurs Andreas Fellnhofer and Patrick Sokolovsky from Vienna.
We found our own companies, acquire existing businesses, build strategic participations and develop them over the long term. Beyond our own holdings, we offer strategic advisory, business development and support in building international business relationships.
We invest not only in companies — we invest in ideas, people and economic future perspectives.

We deliberately chose Bratislava, capital of the Slovak Republic, as the seat of our holding. Its central location, immediate proximity to Vienna and links to major European economic areas make it a strategic base for international development.
